Ultra Gimbal Privacy Policy

1、The user information we use

(1) Tracking:The tracking function in Ultra Gimbal App (face tracking | body tracking | object tracking | other app follow-up) detects the face | human body | framed object in each frame of the camera, counts the position on the screen and the offset value from the center point of the screen, and then interacts with the gimbal via Bluetooth data to control the gimbal's offset. When using 'Other APP Follow', the Ultra Gimbal App needs to run in the background for a long time and interact with the gimbal via Bluetooth data, as users may use it for live streaming. During any of the above processes, Ultra Gimbal App will not collect, upload, or share any facial or human information of users, and will ensure the security of these data in the app and will not be leaked.

(2) Album: The photos and videos taken by the app will be saved to the album, and the media data in the system album will be displayed in the app album. The app does not collect, upload, or share any user's album data.

(3) Bluetooth: The app uses Bluetooth functionality for searching, connecting to the gimbal, and exchanging Bluetooth data between the app and gimbal. When using the "Other App Tracking" function within the app, the Ultra Gimbal app needs to run in the background for a long time and maintain interaction with the gimbal's Bluetooth data. The app will record the Bluetooth names of the gimbals that the user has previously connected to, which will be used to automatically connect to the gimbals for quick use the next time the app is opened. The app will not upload or share any Bluetooth data of the user.

2、Sharing of Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information to any third parties. We will only share your information in the following situations:
(1) In the Ultra Gimbal APP album, users click the share button to share media data

We take reasonable security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access or disclosure.

4、Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time and will notify you of any significant changes via the App.
